Martin, V.B. and Gynnild, A. (2011). Boca Raton, Florida: Brown Walker. Edited by two Fellows of the Grounded Theory Institute, this book will have useful content for the novice and experienced GT researcher. I particularly recommend the very practical chapters: ‘Using Video Methods in Grounded Theory Research’ by Lisbeth Nilsson and Cheri Hernandez’s ‘Developing Grounded Theory Using Focus Groups’. For interest I recommend Astrid Gynnild’s biographical interview with Barney G. Glaser ‘Living the ideas’.
