Experience as an Educator:

20 years experience with mentoring and teaching writing,in multidisciplinary contexts, including issues such as inner motivation; data collection; structuring individual work; overcoming writing blocks; and stimulating creative and productive skills development.

Experienced career coach, at a personal level as well as at a professional and organizational level.

Broad experience from teaching in higher education, and from being a former Visual editor in a large media corporation and a former dean of the Centre for Relational development at Haraldsplass University-College.
